The Pan American Development Foundation (PADF), an affiliate of the Organization of American States (OAS), has named Interlex as its agency of record. The PADF is a Washington, DC-based hemispheric non-profit devoted to supporting sustainable economic development, civil societies and disaster relief through Latin America and the Caribbean. PADF also counts on field offices in Haiti and Colombia and projects throughout the region.
“We’re thrilled to be working with one of the leading international non-profit organizations,” states Interlex President & CEO Rudy Ruiz. “Their work is in perfect alignment with our mission of helping our clients make a positive impact in the lives of diverse audiences.”
Interlex is already working on a number of projects for the PADF. Last Fall during the devastating hurricane season, the agency developed a cause-related marketing campaign that brought PADF and BACARDI together to raise funds in support of Cubans affected by Hurricanes Ike and Gustav. The campaign ran heavily in print and online in South Florida. Interlex is also developing a number of other branded campaigns and online efforts designed to increase awareness about PADF’s far-flung efforts across the Western Hemisphere and attract growing support among both corporate partners and individual donors. Additionally, Interlex is managing the development of new branded corporate communications materials for the PADF, including their Catalogue of Opportunities (which was unveiled in December 2008) and their Annual Report.
